Good Evening!!
Still in Bearskin Lake and I will be here at least 2 more days. Advance Court tomorrow and Criminal Court On Tuesday. But First I'd like to take a ski-doo ride to my trapline before heading back home.
Just to go see what the winters looked like when I was trapping many moons ago....I still remember those days when our late Dad showed us around where he grow up and trapped. How I wish I can rewind the time and do them over again and of course I would not change a thing....had great times out there with our Dad....Come to think of it.....I had never thanked him for teaching us how to survive out there living off the land.
Today it's not worth the effort to trap due to the cost of supplies needed to trap and the low cost of fur....if only the prices were high them I'd do it again....just my thot of the day!
Just visit some people in town but it'll be back to work tomorrow!
